As many of our products are handcrafted and made to order, slight variations in wood grain, colour, texture, engraving, resin effects, and finishing may occur. These natural variations are part of the unique character of each handcrafted piece and are not considered defects.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other charges imposed by their destination country.
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs clearance, courier services, weather conditions, or other events beyond our control.
Risk of loss and ownership of products passes to the customer upon delivery.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all submitted names, addresses, spellings, dates, map locations, engraving text, and other personalisation details are accurate before completing their order.
Once production has commenced, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
